Body Feast

This project draws inspiration from the traditional Chinese dietary concept of "form supplements form," which suggests that consuming animal organs or foods resembling human body parts can benefit the corresponding organs. While modern science doesn't support this belief, it remains a prevalent cultural notion.

I explored this idea by selecting three foods—enoki mushrooms, octopus, and black fungus—and imagining how their consumption could alter human physiology. These transformations informed the design of three unique characters, each with distinct physical traits and abilities. Further, I assigned each character a role within an orchestra, aligning their enhanced attributes with specific musical functions.
